At Tempest, we focus on the individuals at the center of the storm that is their life; the chaos of addiction, unresolved trauma, unmanageable mental health symptoms. Focusing on Shakespeare's quote from the play by the same name, 'What's past is prologue,' we support clients to create a new story from their past chaotic narrative, to adapt and evolve from their experiences.
We believe all people have inherent worth and deserve to thrive in life. At Tempest, we strive to make therapy part of a journey toward whole-life health. We are a dynamic, engaging, passionate group eager to enhance our ability to meet the needs of our community.
