Group Therapy Offerings
Often, the human experience can be incredibly isolating. This is especially true when facing challenging circumstances. In such situations, group therapy can provide an opportunity to connect with others, allowing us to discover who we are underneath the chaos, and deepen an understanding of ourselves and our community. Meeting with strangers who may be experiencing similar dilemmas provides us with an opportunity to feel a sense of belonging, and to let go of feelings of disconnection, loneliness, and isolation. When we allow ourselves to connect with others, we gain a greater capacity to understand and accept others as well as ourselves, developing improved abilities to trust in and nurture meaningful relationships.
We are excited to provide the following groups at this time.
Please be aware that these are closed groups, meaning that sign-up is required prior to the first session, and you will not be able to join after the beginning of the group cycle.Maintaining Sanity while Parenting Risk-Seeking Teens
